Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your qualifying purchase(s) made through this Lola Soap Online Web store (https://lolasoap.com/shop) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in its’ original packaging. All items must be returned, at the customers expense. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will process the refund transaction in a timely fashion and you will receive credit to your account dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
